Dragon Slayer

This was built for a GB on a Portuguese forum and I had the idea for it when I saw the dragon in a Chinese store. Well, my son saw it first... I had to fight for it! No, not really. I had to buy 2... :)

The slayer is a 1/72 Zvezda's English Knights of the 100 Years War.

Some archers from Strelets

During the last two weeks I've been working on these guys (and some other stuff, but mostly these). From Strelets' Norman Archers, they will be used as christian troops of the Portuguese Reconquista or/and wargaming, as my Tempos Medievais army needs firepower! 

These are from Zvezda's Medieval Peasant army. Those arms... :(   Not sure what will be of them...

The peasants are restless!! 

Maybe because of the strange creatures with whom they share the workbench... ;)

(I decided to have heraldy related with my family names, thus a red lion banner held by a "former" Teutonic Knight.)

Russian Warriors

I've been wanting to paint some of these figures for a while now. The box art of the Zvezda sets did the work!
These are only part of just one sprue of Zvezda's Russian Foot Warriors (except the standard bearer, which is the bonus figure from Strelets' Allied Chiefs of Staff). 5 more to come in a few days.

Já há algum tempo que queria pintar estas figuras. As ilustrações das caixas da Zvezda para os Russos medievais tiveram esse efeito! Estes, excepto o porta-estandarte que é da Strelets, são parte de um sprue dos Russian Foot Warriors da Zvezda. Há mais 5 "a sair".
